Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Grooming services are non-refundable once completed, but please contact us within 24 hours if you have a concern so we can work toward a fair solution. Boutique items may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days. Custom, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
